רבקה הינה מנהלת השיווק והפיתוח של קבוצת מונטיפיורי. רבקה נולדה וגדלה בניו יורק, ארה״ב, ועשתה עליה לישראל בשנת 2011. טרם הצטרפותה לקבוצת מונטיפיורי, עבדה רבקה כמנהלת שיווק בחברת הייטק והיתה בעלים של אפליקציה בתחום התיירות. רבקה בוגרת אוניברסיטה גדולה בארה״ב והיא מתמחה בעבודה עם לקוחות מאירופה וארה״ב. רבקה ידועה כמקצוענית וכנותנת שירותים ברמה הגבוהה והאיכותית ביותר, ובין לקוחותיה ניתן למצוא משקיעים זרים רבים ועולים חדשים.
