Alongside his role at Montefiore, Uriya manages operations for a local real estate firm, giving him valuable insight into both the UK and Israeli property markets and allowing him to guide clients seamlessly between the two.
Originally from Israel, Uriya relocated to London two and a half years ago, following love across the globe to join his partner. Today, he is deeply embedded within Northwest London’s vibrant Jewish community, where he is an active leader and trusted resource. From volunteering in community security initiatives to helping build networks for young Israeli professionals, Uriya has developed a profound understanding of the aspirations, values, and unique needs of the Jewish diaspora.
Living at the intersection of British and Israeli life, Uriya serves as a natural bridge between communities, helping clients navigate the Israeli real estate market with confidence, clarity, and a local point of contact they know and trust.
Before entering the real estate world, Uriya spent six years as a first responder with Magen David Adom. This experience instilled in him exceptional composure under pressure, a deep sense of responsibility, and an unwavering dedication to helping others through life’s most important decisions. His transition into real estate was driven by a lifelong passion for architecture, design, and beautiful spaces, an enthusiasm that is reflected in his attention to detail and commitment to excellence.
