Rebecca Kaner is not only a key leader as Director of Operations within the company, but also an owner, bringing vision, determination, and a truly global perspective to the world of luxury real estate in Israel.
Coming from a Zionist family and spending her summers in Israel growing up, Rebecca always felt a deep connection to the country. After making Aliyah from New York on her own, she worked her way up step by step, building her path through dedication, persistence, and a clear sense of purpose.
Over the years, Rebecca has developed a reputation for doing what very few in the industry can do: connecting Jewish buyers from across the world with luxury homes in Israel. She strongly believes in the idea that “you can have here what you had at home,” helping international clients find properties that match the lifestyle, comfort, and standards they are accustomed to while building a life in Israel. Her ability to bridge cultures and markets has made her a driving force behind the company’s international success.
Since the founding of Montefiore Real Estate Group, Rebecca has led the company’s marketing and business development, playing a vital and dynamic role in its growth. She oversees global partnerships, manages client relationships, and ensures strong international exposure for the firm’s exclusive properties, while also supporting the internal operations and long-term strategic direction of the office.
With a strong background in marketing and hi-tech, combined with deep roots in a prominent New York real estate family, Rebecca brings both sharp market insight and a natural ability to position luxury properties on a global stage. Having lived in Israel for more than 16 years, she blends international understanding with local expertise.
Fluent in English and Hebrew and a proud mother of two, Rebecca is known for her dedication, warmth, and professionalism. Clients and colleagues alike appreciate her energy, vision, and genuine care- qualities that continue to shape her leadership and the company’s ongoing success.
