Boulevard Group has completed the sale of “Villa Rothschild” in Tel Aviv, following the signing last week of a deal for the last apartment in the project, sold for 16.5 million shekels. The apartment spans 213 square meters and includes a private garden of 83 square meters and a 20-meter swimming pool. It is ready for immediate occupancy. The deal also includes two underground parking spaces and a storage room.
The buyers are a senior couple, foreign residents from Manchester, England, who purchased the apartment as a vacation home and plan to visit Israel during holidays and vacations. The transaction was brokered by Roie Kaner from “Montefiore Real Estate Group“. The project’s architect is Gidi Bar Orian.
The Villa Rothschild project is located at 64 Rothschild Boulevard in the heart of Tel Aviv’s “White City.” The project comprises two six-story buildings, centered around a preserved historic villa that was sold about two years ago for 77.2 million shekels to a couple of foreign residents. The villa spans 563 square meters, featuring three residential floors, a 190-square-meter open roof with a spacious terrace, seven underground parking spaces, and an expansive 377-square-meter yard with a restored entrance gate. It includes a private garden and a pool at the rear.
